But why is this a big deal, and what does this really mean?

The Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® Assessment provides an objective, data-driven assessment of service and technology providers based on their overall capability and market impact across different global services markets. Each provider is evaluated on the following criteria: market success (revenue, number of clients and year-over-year growth) and delivery capability (scale of operations, scope, technology and innovation, delivery footprint and buyer satisfaction).

The PEAK Matrix assessment process also includes provider customer reference interviews – a critical step that some other research firms exclude.
